Former full time personal trainer turned business mentor (yes, I am still personal training but HALF as much!) and mom to my girl, Audrey who is 2!

After 8 years living in the constant hustle and money scarcity of personal training, I had a glimpse of my future and knew I needed a lifestyle shift

I was tired of the 5am alarms, the late nights, the missed vacations and time off, and simply the lack of creativity I was feeling. My future dreams I had for a family got clearer and clearer to me

In 2017, I leaped into is entrepreneurship to start my own personal training business

While I loved creating more, connecting more, using Instagram to grow (which came SO naturally to me!)

I was trying EVERYTHING to make money online. The $5 ebooks, the $60 workout programs, virtual bootcamp classes- nothing was sticking.

In 2019, I hired a coach to finally do it the right way with strategy and a roadmap to bring my signature offer to life

My fitness and nutrition course, 1FITFUTURE was a HUGE success. I sold out every spot 4 times, & uncovered a new passion of using the power of social media to connect, create and build brand awareness

EVERYTHING about creating, sharing, content, selling an marketing came naturally to me and I found myself mentoring other burnt out coaches daily.
