I am working hard behind the scenes on a brand new workout program that will be available to purchase on my my website this summer!

Before you jump right in, I want to tell you a little bit the reasoning as to why I created this program. After having a few friends and family test out another workout program I made, the common conclusion was that they all wanted shorter, more effective workouts that required less equipment. Basically, get in, get out and get on with the day-AND to have fun.

So, after talking to dozens of clients, friends and family members who wanted shorter yet effective workouts, I found another common theme that kept coming up in terms of why they can’t stick to their workouts:

I have been a personal trainer for the past 10 years.  If you have followed me for a while, you know that I am ALL about finding something that makes you move in a way that feels good, strong and confident. 
 
Why do I love fitness? 
Oh wow, there are SO many things that I love about fitness, movement and living an active lifestyle, but mostly? I love the flexibility and versatility. There is a movement and exercise out there for every single emotion, feeling and purpose. The goal with any workout or exercise program is to always find meaning in movement.
 
Time and time again, I have seen people feel "lstuck" on maintaining a fitness routine because they do too much too soon. They push to the limit because they believe that if they can't work out for 60 minutes, then it’s a waste of time. Those same people often lose motivation, get frustrated and stop moving all together. It’s a cycle I have seen time and time again and I get it! 
 
Fitness is supposed to enhance your life and your body, not the other way around.
