Hi! I'm Naomi.
I totally get it, because I was there too.
I was eating all of the ‘healthy foods’
I loved to workout
I was burnt out by doing so much cardio, thinking THIS was the key to those ‘last 5 lbs’
I wasn’t focusing enough on strength training
I had no structure
I kept seeing no results in the mirror and I was ready to give up.
Then I started competing and it transformed both my mind and body. I learned so many amazing tips and tactics like strength training > cardio, and eating properly for my body, and taking proper REST days.
BUT... I still struggled.

I tried to maintain my "stage ready body" years. I chased it. It consumed my thoughts. It got in the way of my life. So, by chasing that body, I failed miserably. I was beating my body up.
I never recovered properly.
I wasn’t eating enough.
I played the binge and restrict card for years.
I avoided social events because I didn’t want to have to explain why I was or wasn’t eating something.
I knew I couldn’t live like this.
It took years of work, but through mindset and trust with my body and my mind, I overcame hurdles and mindset shifts that helped me come out stronger, more confident and more mindful about my relationship with both movement and food.
And NOW? I want to help YOU
I have worked with hundreds of clients to help them heal their relationship with food, move in a way that makes them feel strong and confident and maybe most importantly, improve their mindset and behaviors. I have helped those hundreds of clients figure out a system that works for THEIR body, because at the end of the day, this relationship you have with your body is deeply personal, as is choosing the right person to help you get on the right path to get there.
I know all too well that the binge/restrict, over exercising/no exercising cycle can be so overwhelming, life consuming and life sucking. The experiences I have had and my own personal journey to get to a happier, healthier place with my body gave me the passion & inspiration to help others do the same.
