A former corporate-gym personal trainer turned online business mentor and founder of Fit Biz University.

After spending 8 years in corporate gyms and hitting extreme burnout, I transitioned my business online in 2017 with goals to have more time in my life and no more living on the gym floor.

grew a 6 figure online fitness business and after dozens of fit pros asked me how I did it, I created my first mentorship course, 1FITBIZin 2020, where I guided fitness professionals to create their signature online offer from start to finish.

I fell in love with marketing, sales, content creation (thats my JAM) building out offers, showing up with confidence and in a way that fits your current season of life. I always say to my clients "Build a business AROUND your life"
