Former burnt out, full time personal trainer.

I left the corporate fitness world after 8 years after recognizing that I was so tired of trading time for money. I started posting on Instagram with the goal to build community through my content. Connection first, sales second 

I grew my online fitness business to six figures in 2 years using the power of Instagram to create epic valuable content so they enrolled in my online programs  

In doing this, I unlocked a passion of using Instagram to connect and sell + knew I was destined to support other fit pros with this too, to help them ultimately have more TIME in their lives away from the 1:1 grind  

Where most other fit pros were struggling with content + messaging online, (so their businesses weren't 'taking off')  I leaned into the niche of helping fit pros to create their profitable online course & mastering CLEAR messaging, brand awareness & personal connection so their content turns into SALES
