Welcome to the 1FITBOD Dumbbell Bodyweight Home Edition

My journey with exercise hasn't always been an easy one. I bounced around from cardio bunny, to extreme overexercising, during my competitive fitness days. I kept chasing lean, and was overexercising my way to get there, leaving me fatigued, inflamed and tired.  

I was terrified of cutting back on cardio and incorporating more strength training, yet I KNEW something had to change. 

ENTER: Strength training:  Not only is it THE catalyst in increasing the number of calories we burn at rest, but also is the driver in a complete change in body composition.

It is NOT about spending hours in the gym, in fact,  Longer workouts are not only inefficient at building lean mass, but you are more likely to get bored, and lose focus.

9 Fat Burning Workouts

Over the course of this 12-week program, you will be cycling through 3 strength workouts per week (upper, lower & full body)

Brand new workouts each month! Each workout allows for progressive overload (As you get stronger and more efficient with these movements, weight used may increase!) 

In addition to the strength workouts, there will be bonus bodyweight HIIT workouts to follow along!

"Follow Along" Workout Videos

All workouts are filmed in entirely, so I'll be right there with you the entire time! 

A countdown timer (and music) is also added to the videos to countdown your 'work' and your 'rest' periods. The timed circuits allow you to ALWAYS move at your own pace throughout the workouts! 

You will stay motivated, focused and engaged! 

 

Suggested Workout Calendar 

There will be a suggested weekly and monthly workout calendar so you can plan your week, and when you are doing the 1FITBOD workouts! 

You do not HAVE to follow the workout schedule to a 'T" but be advised that in order to feel and see results, I have designed it as such. Of course, we are all individuals with our own agendas but would highly suggest you commit to the 3 days a week, as it is built

I am so thrilled you're here! I am the creator of #1FITBOD and founder of Naomi Rotstein Personal Training.  Being a personal trainer in the industry for over 12 years, I have run the gamete from excessive cardio, overtraining, diving deep into competitive fitness through bikini competitions, and endless spin classes, but ALWAYS through it all come back to feeling my ultimate best through strength training.

Not only is strength training THE best way to accelerate fat loss, increase metabolism and build lean muscle, but it is also a way to feel empowered, strong and confident! My goal with this program is to empower YOU to pick up those weights, and have a 12 week progressive program to follow while in quarantine (or not!)
